We Provide High Precision CNC Machining and Secondary Operations for Aluminum Die Casting and Zinc Die Casting

Qingdao TianHua YiHe Foundry Factory provides high precision CNC machining and secondary operations on casting parts. Our die casting facilities are equipped with die casting machines including ZITAI/L.K., TOSHIBA, IDRAOL, TOYO etc. from 180 metric tons to 2,000 metric tons; central meting furnace from 800kg to 4.5 metric tons; vacuum units, tool temp control unites, trimming and re-shaping equipment, shot blasting machine, sand blasting machine. CNC machine workshops are equipped with CNC machine center, CNC lathe, CNC milling machines etc. Our inspection equipment list includes optical projector, CMM, X-ray analyzing machine, metallographic microscope, brinell hardness tester, height gauge, spectrometer, X ray NDT tester etc.
